Decocer at CERSAIE 2025: “Echoes of the Earth” and Small-Format Ceramic Tiles as an Architectural Experience

author: Decocer

Decocer returns to CERSAIE 2025, the international ceramics fair in Bologna, Italy, presenting its innovative stand under the concept “Echoes of the Earth,” created by renowned international architect Héctor Ruiz Velázquez. Covering just 65 m², the modular installation demonstrates how small-format ceramic tiles can transform into structure, space, and experience.

The stand designed by Héctor Ruiz Velázquez offers an immersive journey through three monumental cylinders inspired by natural tree trunks. This proposal shows that even the smallest ceramic formats can create unique architectural atmospheres and convey a captivating spatial narrative. In addition, the installation is sustainable and reusable, underscoring Decocer’s commitment to responsible innovation.
