The presence of Decocer at Milan Design Week transforms ceramic design into an experience that goes beyond the visual. During Milan’s Fuorisalone, we took part in two key installations: Appartamento Spagnolo and Spanish Design as a Souvenir, where Spanish design is not only observed but lived.
These days, Milan becomes the epicenter of international interior design, and Decocer is an active participant in this global conversation through proposals that combine innovation, tradition, and emotion.
Decocer Milan Design Week at Appartamento Spagnolo
Within Appartamento Spagnolo, an initiative promoted by ICEX under the Interiors From Spain brand in collaboration with ELLE Decor and Studiopepe, Spanish design comes to life through a carefully curated staging.
In this space, Decocer at Milan Design Week showcases how materials, textures, and creativity interact within a contemporary vision that preserves a strong artisanal essence.
Our contribution takes shape through Atlas Decor Khaki Green, from the Atlas collection in a 15×15 cm format. Inspired by the tones of the Sahara desert, this ceramic design brings character and depth, balancing the natural with the sophisticated to create spaces that invite you to stay.
Here, ceramics are not just a material, but a language that shapes sensations and connects with the user.

Spanish Design as a Souvenir: design that endures
In parallel, Decocer at Milan Design Week is also present in Spanish Design as a Souvenir, within INTERNI MATERIAE at the Università degli Studi di Milano “La Statale”, alongside Tile of Spain and featuring an installation designed by CODOO studio.
This proposal brings together eleven objects from the collective imagination, reinterpreted through Spanish ceramics, exploring design as a form of cultural and emotional memory.
Our participation focuses on the Cubik Wine Glossy material, used in the reinterpretation of the iconic Copenhagen ashtray, designed by Jørgen Haugen Sørensen in the 1960s and produced in Spain. A everyday object transformed into a contemporary design piece.
In this context, Decocer at Milan Design Week connects past and present through ceramics, reaffirming a Spanish design tradition that existed even before it was defined as such.

Ceramics, innovation, and international reach
The dual participation of Decocer at Milan Design Week reinforces its positioning as a specialist in bespoke ceramic solutions, capable of integrating into high-level creative projects.
Through collaborations with international studios and participation in leading industry events, Decocer continues to drive:
- Innovation in ceramic design
- Adaptability to architectural projects
- The value of Spanish design within a global context
Decocer Milan Design Week: an experience that transcends design
Beyond the exhibition, Decocer at Milan Design Week represents a way of understanding ceramics: as an experience, as an identity, and as a creative tool.
From immersive spaces to reinterpreted objects, our presence in Milan demonstrates that Spanish design continues to evolve without losing its essence.
